Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

We represent individuals and companies in contentious, non-contentious and enforcement proceedings before courts at all levels and in arbitration, in particular in disputes arising from contracts and other obligations. Before proceedings begin, we weigh up with the client the prospects of success, the costs and whether an amicable settlement would be appropriate.

Where a claim needs to be secured before the merits are decided, we apply for interim and preliminary measures. We also represent clients in proceedings on ordinary and extraordinary legal remedies and, once a decision is final, see to its enforcement.
