We assist companies and individuals in their dealings with public authorities and holders of public powers. We prepare submissions and appeals and represent clients in administrative proceedings, including those for building, environmental and other permits and concessions.
Where the administrative route does not produce an appropriate result, we challenge the lawfulness of the decision in an administrative dispute before the Administrative Court, through extraordinary legal remedies before the Supreme Court and, where the conditions are met, by constitutional complaint.
We also advise in inspection procedures and in dealings with supervisory authorities.
