Where borrowers face financial difficulties, we assist with debt rescheduling and restructuring and with transfers of receivables, and assess the prospects of recovery from security.
We represent clients in disputes arising from banking transactions, including disputes over the validity of loan agreements and interest and currency clauses, in the enforcement of security and in enforcement proceedings.
