We provide companies and sole traders with ongoing legal support in their day-to-day operations and individual projects. We draft commercial contracts and take part in their negotiation, from supply, distribution, agency and franchise agreements to general terms of business, tailoring contractual solutions to the client’s commercial goals and an appropriate allocation of risk.

We represent clients in commercial disputes before courts and arbitral tribunals, in particular disputes arising from contractual relationships and claims for damages. We assist creditors with debt recovery and enforcement proceedings, and negotiate settlements where an agreement serves the client better than lengthy litigation.
